Good pulp experiment.
A lot of classic heroes: The Shadow, Green Hornet y Kayo, The Spider, El Zorro, The Green Lama, Miss Fury, Black Hero and Black Bat.
Maybe too much heroes to tell a clear story, but Chris Roberson —one of my favourite writers— has done a great work here.
Alex Ross is the artist of the whole first issue and all the covers of the original limited series and the TPB.
Dennis Calero is the artist for the seven chapters after first issue of Alex Ross. He's not a bad penciller, and his style matches with the Alex Ross original graphic concept.

Un buen experimento pulp.
Un montón de héroes clásicos: The Shadow, Green Hornet y Kayo, The Spider, El Zorro, The Green Lama, Miss Fury, Black Hero y Black Bat.
Puede que sean demasiados héroes para contar una historia con claridad, pero Chris Roberson (uno de mis guionistas favoritos) ha hecho un gran trabajo.
Alex Ross es el dibujante de todo el primer número y de todas las portadas de la serie, así como del tomo recopilatorio.
Dennis Calero es el dibujante de los siete capítulos tras el primer número de Alex Ross. No es un mal dibujante, y su estilo encaja mucho con el concepto gráfico de Alex Ross creado para esta serie.

Review: Hellboy and the B.P.R.D.: 1956 #1

This story has three parts, and its writers are Mignola and Roberson.

The first artist os Mike Norton. He draws one the of BEST stories you'll ever read about Hellboy and his dog.

Yishan Li draws the second part. Here we see the profesor and it is a short scene about the Enkeladite affair.

Michael Avon Oeming draws the final part in his cartoon style. I thing this kind of artist doesn't fit here —even when I really love "Powers"—. It's a short intro about Varvara and the russian POV.

Esta historia se compone de tres partes, y sus escritores son Mignola y Roberson.

El primer dibujante es Mike Norton. Dibuja una de las MEJORES historias que leerás nunca sobre Hellboy y su perro.

Yishan Li dibuja la segunda parte. Aquí veremos al profesor en una escena corta sobre el asunto del enkeladite.

Michael Avon Oeming dibuja la tercena parte con su estilo más caricaturesco. Creo que aquí no encaja como dibujante —y eso que me encanta su serie "Powers"—. Es una breve historia introductoria de Varvara y la facción rusa en relación al asunto del enkeladite.
