Let's see how can I say this and be polite at the same time.
New first issue of X-Force and first issue of a four chapters saga called "Sins of the past".
I read it and I have no sensation to read a first issue of nothing. And it's a shame. It has passed a lot of time since I read an issue of X-Force, and I was decided to give another opportunity to this series. But this is not a new starting point.

About Ed Brisson (writer). The main story is really fine. Congratulations. A east-european country with a corrupt and anti-mutant military character called Constantin. A stunning mission of Cable and impossible future weapons. Those are the ingredients —well, just some of them—. I wont tell how Ed Brisson works with them, but this is a really fine story I could recommend. But I wont because...

About Dylan Burnett (artist). The cartoon style is ridiculous here. After I read the story —I had to do this twice—, I tried to imagine it as if his artist were... Carlos Pacheco, Salvador Larroca, Jim Lee, While Portaccio, Rafa Sandoval, John Romita Jr, Rob Liefeld, Pepe Larraz... It's easy: Just think about someone who weren't the perfect artist for Bugs Bunny, and you'll discover this could be a really GREAT issue.
This cartoon style changes everything. The force of the story diluted into something far from what a Marvel's reader is expecting. You can't ask someone like Burnett to draw an episode here if you count with the intention of the kind of script you have here.
For example: I really like Lionel Messi as the best world football player. I never will ask Messi to play with the Chicago Bulls in the NBA because is basketball, not football.

And about the short story of Boom-boom, Ed Brisson wrote a story nobody can understand. Whats the place Boom-boom arrives so late? how did she know she has to go there?
If you really try to understand something more than Boom-boom is arriving late with the rest of the group, you just will find a big nothing.

After all the FX fire effects and Photoshop textures I can see some artwork of Juanan Ramírez. Good anatomy, but a big lack of backgrounds. Anyway, far better than Dylan Burnett.

It's a shame to say I wont read the following issues. The saga Sins of the past deserve something better in its artwork. A shame this isn't a novel instead a comic-book.

Veamos cómo puedo decir esto y ser educado a la vez.
Nuevo primer número de X-Force y primer número de una saga de cuatro entregas titulada "Sins of the past" (Pecados del pasado).
Lo leí y no tengo la sensación de estar leyendo un primer número de nada. Y es una pena. Ha pasado mucho tiempo desde que leí un número de X-Force, y estaba decidido a darle otra oportunidad a esta serie. Pero esto no es un nuevo punto de partida.

Respecto a Ed Brisson (guionista). La historia principal está realmente bien. Felicidades. Un país de la Europa del este con un personaje militar corrupto y antimutante llamado Constantin. Una misión alucinante de Cable y armas imposibles del futuro. Estos son los ingredientes (algunos de ellos). no contaré cómo Ed Brisson trabaja con ellos, pero es una historia ciertamente buena que recomendaría. Pero no lo haré, porque...

Respecto a Dylan Burnett (dibujante). El estilo a lo dibujos animados es ridículo en este caso. Tras leer la historia (cosa que tuve que hacer dos veces), me la intenté imaginar como si el dibujante aquí fuera... Carlos Pacheco, Salvador Larroca, Jim Lee, While Portaccio, Rafa Sandoval, John Romita Jr, Rob Liefeld, Pepe Larraz... Es fácil: Solo hay que pensar en alguien que no sea el dibujante perfecto para Bugs Bunny, y entonces descubrirás que esta podría haber sido una GRAN aventura.

Este estilo de dibujos animados lo cambia todo. La fuerza de la historia se diluye en algo alejado de lo que un lector de Marvel puede esperar. No puedes pedirle a alguien como Burnett que dibuje un episodio aquí con las intenciones que exige el guión.

Por ejemplo: Me gusta mucho Lionel Messi como el mejor jugador del mundo de fútbol. Nunca le pediría a Messi que jugara con los Chicago Bulls en la NBA porque eso es baloncesto, no fútbol.

Y respecto a la historia corta de Boom-.boom, Ed Brisson escribió una historia que nadie podría entender. ¿Adónde llega tan tarde Boom-boom? ¿Cómo sabía adónde tenía que ir?
Si realmente intentas comprender algo más aparte de que Boom-boom esté llegando tarde con el resto del grupo, no conseguirías nada en absoluto.
Tras todos los efectos especiales de fuego y texturas de photoshop, puedo ver algo del dibujo de Juana Ramírez. Buena anatomía, pero una gran falta de fondos. De todos modos, mil veces mejor que Dylan Burnett.

Es una pena decir que no me leeré los siguientes números. La saga Sins of the past se merece algo mejor que este dibujo. Una pena que no sea una novela en lugar de un cómic.
